But the dark will enlighten me.

Well the sun is gone, but the storm will breathe new life into the dormant seed.
And the dark will enlighten me.
Always have all the answers, and I tell you so. Nothing in this world can phase me, I am in control.
And yet I lie awake all night, afraid of all that I don't know.
My dear libra now the seas are growing rough. All hands on the deck, still it's not enough.
'Cause as your scales are tipping back and lurching forth, near impossible to steer or stay on course.
And now out here stranded in the middle of the storm, we long for light to keep us warm.
But you know the dark will teach us more.
Thought I had all the answers for you even though my once oh-so-steady hand now wavers. If I'm in control,
why do I lie awake all night afraid of all that I don't know?
And in time, even inside the blackest room, eyes always adjust. Be patient and soon
the dark will enlighten you.
Time I stopped giving answers, started letting go. This self-inflicted pressure could soon crush me so, instead I'll
rest my head upon the shoulder of all that I don't know.
